Meet The Committe

The Chairman oversees the overall functioning of the Fylde Light Blues Club, ensuring that meetings are conducted smoothly and that all members adhere to Masonic principles. The Chairman provides leadership, sets agendas, and represents the club at official events.

​The Secretary is responsible for managing all administrative tasks within the club, including maintaining records, handling correspondence, and ensuring that members are informed of meetings and events. The Secretary also prepares minutes of meetings.

The Treasurer manages the club’s finances, including maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all expenditures are authorised and documented. The Treasurer also provides financial reports to the members and the committee.

The Publicity Officer promotes the club’s activities and events both within the Masonic community and to the public. This role involves managing the club’s communications, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.

The Social Events Officer organises and oversees all social activities for the club, ensuring a varied and engaging programme of events. This includes planning and coordinating gatherings, dinners, and other social functions.

The Assistant Secretary supports the Secretary in managing administrative tasks and may take on specific duties such as handling member communications or assisting with meeting preparations.

The Assistant Treasurer aids the Treasurer in managing the club’s finances, helping with tasks such as record-keeping and financial reporting.

The Advisor provides guidance and support to the club’s leadership and members, offering advice based on experience and knowledge of Masonic practices. The Advisor helps to ensure that the club’s activities align with Masonic values and traditions.
